Carver Commons

Carver Commons is located at the corner of Jonathan Carver Parkway and Highway 212 and zoned for commercial projects. The site is home to Kwik Trip and Next Steps Learning Center which opened in February of 2023. The total site is roughly 30 acres and several commercial users are anticipated when fully constructed.

HomeTown Bank has received approval for a 6,455 square foot building which will include both their bank location as well as Mocha Monkey.  The site setup will be similar to their location in Waconia.  Construction of the HomeTown Bank project is anticipated to begin fall 2023 with a grand opening in Spring of 2024.
