2020 Community Survey
As part of the 2020 budget, the City of Carver hired the Morris Leatherman Company to conduct a community survey in early 2020. This telephone survey gathered data from 400 randomly selected households in the City of Carver, using a mix of landline and cell phone numbers to connect with our community members.

Adopt-A-Drain

Edith-Anne Award
In July 2015, the Carver City Council voted unanimously to approve the Edith-Anne Award For Property Excellence, an award designed to recognize Carver residents that go above and beyond to maintain their property. The award honors the work of Edith Herman and Anne Neils, who were both instrumental in the creation of Carver-on-the-Minnesota’s vision in the 1960s.

Greg Osterdyk Community Service Award
The Greg Osterdyk Community Service Award is meant to recognize the time, support, service, and dedication that individuals and organizations have given unselfishly to the City of Carver. It is important to acknowledge the hard work of citizens that truly make a difference in our community.

Heritage Preservation Award
The award will go to the owner(s) of properties who make the year's best effort at preserving or restoring the exterior of any store, house, barn, or structure located in the Carver Historic District. The award may also be given for historically sensitive enhancements to the Historic District, including additions, porches, outbuildings, or the infill of empty lots.
