Erik Perschmann has been a resident of Carver for 23 years, hailing from Chaska and graduating Chaska High School in 1987. He and his wife Cherri purposefully chose Carver to raise their children Thor, Guy, and Callie.
Erik and his wife volunteered in the community for many years: Cherri with the PTO, and Erik as a member of the Carver Park and Recreation Board (now the Parks Commission) from 2006 until 2011, and then the Planning Commission until 2015.
Erik began his career in the communications industry in 1988 while in school, the last 20 years supporting Federal, State, and Local Government entities, and also serving on several boards and commissions to improve public safety and service delivery in Minnesota and the upper Midwest
His family and friends delight-in summer weekends on the lake (Erik especially behind the grill at sunset). He enjoys cross country train trips, relaxing with a vinyl album, and is a classic and performance car collector and enthusiast.
