The City was awarded $350,000 from the DNR Outdoor Recreation grant program for development of Creekside Park! The project is currently under review by State agencies as part of the DNR grant award. Construction of the park amenities is anticipated to begin Spring 2024. The park includes pickleball courts, a dog park, frisbee golf, and an extensive trail system. The City has partnered with Great River Greening for a creek restoration project that is slated to begin Fall 2023.
