Whether you have lived in this area your whole life, or are new to the area, join us at 7pm on Thursday, March 30 at the Village Hall in Carver City Hall and learn a little about the history of southern Minnesota and the land along the Minnesota River. 

This event is being provided by Carver on the Minnesota, a group that aims to study and promote the history of this area, and the City of Carver in particular. 

Carver on the Minnesota, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is responsible for the historic kiosks in Carver, Gazebo Park Christmas Tree lightening (along with Carver Lions), the little historic Steamboat at the end of Broadway, and saving the Church by the River, which has been restored by the Carver Lions. 

We would love to have you join us on March 30th to learn about the history of Carver and help us promote the City. Refreshments will be served. We hope to see you there.
