Timber Creek - Phase 3: 
The City Council approved the Final Plat for Phase 3 of Timber Creek, which is located west of Carvery Elementary. Phase 3 adds an additional 40 single family lots. In total, with Phase 3, 231 of the 348 homes will have been through the planning process for the development.
Sanitary Sewer Ordinance:
The Council adopted changes to the Sanitary Sewer Ordinance, adjusting the estimation process for sewer usage calculations. Going forward, from November to April, during the off-season for most outdoor watering use, residents will be charged for their actual usage of sanitary sewer, which is calculated based on water usage. However, from May through October, during the "summer" growing season, residents will be charged for their average sanitary sewer use, calculated during off-season months. The ordinance change promotes a more accurate bill for residents during off-season months, while also ensuring residents are not charged sanitary sewer fees during the growing season for water that doesn't go down a drain (sanitary sewer).
