Don't let these "pile" up on your lawn
The recent warmer temps have melted the snow. If you haven’t already, head out and pick up and dispose of pet waste still on your lawn from winter. Left on the ground, pet waste doesn't disappear, rain washes it off lawns, through storm drains, and sends it directly to lakes, rivers, and ponds. And pet waste contains a LOT of bacteria and parasites that are a health issue in water, and nutrients which contribute to algae blooms. So, scoop that poop.
