Project Update: May 4, 2023
Beginning the week of May 8, mill and overlay work will start for the 2023 Street Maintenance Project. Improvements include pavement rehabilitations in the River Oaks neighborhood. Mill and overlay work will take place on the following streets: Butternut Circle, Sibley Circle, Adam Circle, Riesgraf Road, Foster Avenue and Fullerton Avenue.
Increased construction traffic is anticipated on 4th Street. Please use caution when driving through this area. Minor impacts to access will occur throughout the project, but roadway and driveway access will be maintained to residents throughout construction.
