About the Facility

This space is located on the main floor in City Hall located at 316 Broadway. It offers an ideal location for community events, larger business meetings, parties, and small weddings (seating 144/occupancy 150). Tables:  24 rectangular tables measuring seven (7) feet by two and half (2.5) feet.  When renting this space, there is access to a commercial kitchen with a pass-through window and a patio space (weather dependent). Audio/video equipment is also available in this space.

The commercial kitchen has:

• A griddle
• Two convection ovens
• Refrigerators
• Freezers
• Garbage disposal
• Dishwasher
• Food preparation and cleanup areas

The kitchen opens up to the Village Hall space for easy food service.
